I have visited Bushnell Park a few times in the past few weeks and saw him for the first time today. He's hiding in the trees and unless you are looking for him, he's virtually invisible.
I think the state agency responsible for Connecticut's forests must be here. There isn't much danger of losing many trees here. Especially since fires aren't allowed in the park.
