A one-die machine in the town of Schoonhoven. The machine is located in front of a bookstore in Lopikerstraat (Lopiker Street).
Schoonhoven is situated on the river Lek and is renowned for its silver work, and hence is nicknamed "Zilverstad", Silvertown. The silver industry and silversmiths have been present in the town for many centuries, and today Schoonhoven is still home of the International Silver School founded in 1895.
The machine takes a 5 eurocent coin to be smashed, and a 1 euro coin in order to let the machine work. Beside the text "Stad Schoonhoven" the design produced shows the car and passenger ferry that connects the town of Schoonhoven with Gelkenes on the other side of the river Lek.
