This out building is known as The Ice House, an 8-sided builded which was used to hold ice and cool food. it sits about 50 feet away from the spring house and is a part of this National Register of Historic Places farm site.

A few years ago Cherry Hill received grant money which involved structural stabilization, basement renovations in the main farmhouse, site improvements, and the rehabilitation and restoration of the outbuildings - which include a carriage house, ice house and a smokehouse. Everything looks great today!
