After our tour of the heritage room encountering the life and work of Blessed Mary Theresa of Jesus Gerhardinger we got a special tour of the school and then experienced these modern stained glass windows in a chapel in the Motherhouse. The Anger Convent history goes back to the height of the Middle Ages. The Anger Convent has been the Motherhouse and an Education Center of the School Sisters of Notre Dame since it was handed back over by King Louis I to Mary Theresa of Jesus Gerhardinger on October 16, 1843. The Anger Convent was completely destroyed during an air raid on December 17, 1944. The church and convent on the Anger were rebuilt in modern architecture, and the sisters throughout the province - faithful to their call and mission - gathered around their spiritual center again.
I am not sure what days, times and cost it is to visit these windows. We received the tour as part of my daughter's college group trip to Germany. The coordinates will take you to the front door where you can enter and ask.
