Cala means "Cove" in Spanish, so many of their beaches are called calas if they are indeed coves, instead of long beaches.
Located along the shores of the Mediterranian Sea, this beach is away from the tourists! Much loved by the locals as there are nice steep rocks to dive from, snorkeling is fairly good and there is .....a bar! Beer and Sangria on tap, as well as a variety of ice creams.
The water was warm and wonderful on the days that I was there.
So, if you want to get away from the crowds, this part of Spain is for you!
I gave it 4 stars because, hey, it has a bar!
