The penguin exhibit is a fairly recent addition to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo, and is located near the center of the zoo property. There are several viewing windows around the exhibit and this cutout is located next to the main viewing area. The Rosamond Gifford Zoo is located next to Burnet Park on the northwest side of Syracuse. The Zoo is open 362 days a year from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. There is an admission fee to get into the zoo, prices are as follows: adults-$6.50, Senior Citizens-$4.50, children 15 and under-$4.00, children under 2-free. The zoo is closed on Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving Days.
