Our lifeboat station is located in the small seaside resort of Criccieth and covers the north eastern corner of Cardigan Bay. The station has been in existence since 1853 and currently operates an Atlantic 85 lifeboat "DORIS JOAN" which was placed on service at the station on 6th November 2007.

When the building is open, visitors can admire the lifeboat, talk to some of the volunteers, and make a purchase to help fund their good work. It doesn't have to be big. As part of NRLI's "Train One Save Many" campaign, with just £1.00 you can buy a floating key ring to help keep them "afloat."
