Lake Fayetteville - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I found this while searching for a geocache. It is set in concrete next to Lake Fayetteville. There is some graffitti etched into the metal by someone so the whole benchmark is unreadable. I got the following information from the bench mark:
