This is a brand new park located just behind the historic Mandarin Community Club. It is on the site that Frederick Billard built a two-story home in 1890. The house was to be restored but it deteriorated too badly and it had to be torn down. The park now contains a veterans memorial, a couple of benches, the commemorative bricks, and a gazebo.
