There is a wooden bench close by to appreciate the smell and sight of the roses when in bloom. The plaque on the bench says that Dumfries Devorgilla and Annapolis, USA, Rotary clubs donated the bench and roses.

The garden was finished in 2006. It is the result of the anniversary events of 100 years of Rotary.

Parking for museum, close to coordinates. There is no charge for the grounds, although there is a small charge to enter the museum. Picnic tables.
