There is a HO scale model railroad in the last half of the mail car of the Houston Railroad Museum. It is has several different trains on it. They were not designed after any particular layout of real train routes or featured lines. I think I even say the kids train on there, but I forget the name. The rest were prototypical models.
They are open only on Saturdays from 11-4. The cost is mentioned below.
I walked through all of the cars on display to get to the model railroad which is in the last car. I don't think a wheelchair could fit through there, but there might be another way around.
Scale: HO scale-1:87
