For a good many years, this spot has been a favorite for the local kids to have a good time and cool off on those hot summer days. There is a long heavy rope tied to a limb of a tree on the shore that the kids swing out over the river with. The water is about 25 feet below the bank that they swing from, so it makes for a fantastic, fun ride.
