A gorge on Mill River, popular for swimming and fishing, with striking stone walls, waterfalls, pools and cobbled beaches on both sides of the river. Exposed layers of dolomites and quartz.
Hikers on the Appalachian Trail / Long Trail traverse a bouncy suspension bridge at the head of the gorge, about 30 feet above the water.
Bridge and gorge are roughly 400 from parking, down an easy dirt trail.
