Dedicated to the men and women who gave their lives
Willingly for the freedom of others and have no grave
But the sea.
“THEY SHALL NOT GROWN OLD,
AS WE THAT ARE LEFT GROW OLD.
AGE SHALL NOT WEARY THEM,
NOR THE YEARS CONDEMN.
AT THE GOING DOWN OF THE SUN
AND IN THE MORNING
WE WILL REMEMBER THEM”
And handed to the city by the Rt.Honourable John Prescott.
