This cobblestone house was build by J.D. Woodford in 1836. Over the years, it was used as a schoolhouse, ballroom and a creamery. It has since been just a normal residence for the last 50+ years. In 1994, the residents of Victory formally dedicated a plaque to the building and its builder.
