Truc Lam is home to a beautiful temple/monastery on a hill top overlooking acres of beautiful gardens. Dai Hung Chong is the large bell housed in a tower near the entrance. A poem is carved on the bell expressing the philosophy of human life by Tran Nhan Tong King. The bell weighs over a ton and is 1.98 meters tall. At the base of the parking area (car park is how they phrase it there) is the cable car ride. If you like riding the cars for a view this is the ticket. Be sure to buy round trip because there is nothing to see on the other end.
