"Ronald McDonald House BC is located at 4116 Angus Drive at the intersection of Angus and West King Edward in Vancouver. It is three blocks west of Granville at 25th Street. The House is a short five-minute drive from BC's Children's Hospital. It has 14 bedrooms, a large playroom, large communal kitchen, family room and "quiet room". All families prepare their own meals. There is a shopping mall nearby. Local calls are free and phone cards can be purchased at the office. A House van is available for the joint use of all families. There are many activities for families including crafts, music therapy and story telling. Some evenings, members of the community host dinners for everyone staying at the House. There are many special visitors who pop by including members of the Vancouver Canucks, Vancouver Police Force and the Fire Department. There is a nominal charge of $12 per family per night."
