This is the Bulletin Board that Mark Jordy constructed as part of his Eagle Scout project.
The bulletin board sits near the trail head of a side trail that leads to the Appalachian Trail (although the AT is directly accessible just down the road). This trail provides a shorter hike to the nearby Nuclear Lake.
Since the bulletin board is so close to the AT, it has an AT map and information posted on it along with accessible maps to take along with you.
The other side of the bulletin board contains artwork done by kids from one of the local grammar schools.
