At the top of Cumberland Gap is a field of flowers, mostly buttercups, but also Hepaticus and Daisies. This field is located inside the Cumberland Gap National Park.

At the top of Cumberland Gap is a field of flowers, mostly buttercups, but also Hepaticus and Daisies. This field is located inside the Cumberland Gap National Park.

In order to get to this field, you need to park at either Cumberland Gap, TN or the visitors' center for the Cumberland Gap National Park near Middlesboro, KY and hike a trail to the meadow. From TN, the trail is .6 miles each way and rises 500'

The field is best viewed during the spring, especially May and June.
