The Berryman Recreation Area has 8 established campsites with tables, fire ring and lantern post. The campground has a vault toilet. Note the area does not have have water, so you must bring your own. The area is very wooded and secluded. The campground is available year round. The area is the former location of a CCC camp during the 1930's. The trailhead Berryman Trail, a 24 mile hiking, mountain bike and equestrian trail, also the the Ozark Trail, a long distance hiking trail with over 350 miles completed, can be accessed from this area.
