The University Women's Club of Vancouver is a private club for women with degrees or two years of post secondary education from accredited universities and colleges. Their current membership represents graduates from over 90 universities worldwide. Club members are women who are full of enthusiasm and who are inspired by opportunities for advocacy, enrichment, learning and personal development.
At the heart of the Club is the advocacy and outreach that is done locally, provincially, nationally and internationally. Through their Committee involvement, the members have become advocates to raise public awareness on a variety of issues ranging from health to the status of women, from education to the environment, from peace to the rights of the child, and the list continues.
