This museum is not even open yet but I was able to go into the park area outside the building and take pictures. The signage isn't very good at explaining and you must also remember that everything is explained from a Vietnamese Communist point of view. But it is interesting to see the artillery and try to imagine the war from the target area.
Location restrictions: Seems to be open for strolls during all daylight hours. I wasn't charged an admission although there is a booth and a person inside. No literature about the place either.
