Had to meet a couple from New Zealand that I hadn't met in person. Easy solution was to arrange to meet under the clock tower at the train station in Hue. And it worked. We met, exchanged some books and information, then went on our way: me south, them north. The clock is fully operational and seems to keep correct time. It is part of a beautiful old train station built in Hue during the time of the French Indochina occupation.
