These boxes are sitting in front of a video store. I could not find out what the purpose of them being here is. The boxes have locks on them and no phones inside even though there appears to be wiring connected to them. They are sitting between the store and the curb at the edge of the parking lot next to the parking lot of a convenience store. I can not figure out what the purpose of these boxes is unless they are planned to be connected to phones in the future.
