This reflective, metallic building was designed by Frank Gehry and built in 1993. With it's organic-looking lines, it could be considered a precursor to Gehry's Museum at Bilbao. It is situated on a dramatic bluff overlooking the river and is probably best viewed from the pedestrian bridge over the river. (The photo was shot from here.) From the other side, the museum has a more traditional-looking brick facade in sync with the rest of the campus.
