The Mount Pleasant Redoubt is sited in Stoke Park, Plymouth. This redoubt was part of the defences of Plymouth and was built around 1779.
This pillar has a cast stone appearance and not the usual slab sided appearance as I would normally expect to see.
The flush bracket on this trig point is 70.485 metres above sea level(Newlyn Datum)
