The Alleluia! Lutheran Church congregation began as a mission church by Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Naperville for the rapidly expanding communities in western Will County.
After starting off in an elementary school in 1993, the first stage of construction at this current location began in October of 1994. The third and final stage of construction was completed by August of 2008.
The average weekend attendance is approximately 700 people during four sessions. The Saturday 5:00 p.m. service is informal (it is not uncommon to see student-athletes attending services in uniform if their game is before or after the service).
The Sunday 9:00 a.m. service is more tradition, but with a contemporary flavor, and the Sunday 10:15 a.m. service is a very contemporary setting. A fourth session at 11:15 Sunday morning is a youth-led experiential service held in the "coffee bar" area.
Little Blessings Pre-school serves over 500 pre-schoolers. Enrollment into the Pre-school is open to all and not dependant upon membership to the church.
