The churchyard has some very old gravestones, some which date from the early 17th century. I spotted several old gravestones being used to retain the edges of footpaths. One of these gravestones was dated 1622.
There are also several very old table tombs in the churchyard. The tops are badly weathered so determining their date was not possible. The newer east end of the churchyard is still being used for burials today.
