The Ettamogah Pub is a cartoon pub that was featured in the now defunct Australian Post magazine. The cartoonist Ken Maynard loving empty spaces and having nothing around him, enjoyed an area just outside of Albury at Table Top, named Ettamogah, thus christening the name of his now famous pub the "Ettamogah Pub" . The first "Ettamogah Pub" of a chain of such pubs was built there and copies now exist in various other parts of Australia.

Stop, shake off the dust and visit. The original Ettamogah Pub Albury, built in 1987, is situated on the New South Wales and Victorian border. There's a bar and restaurant and a great range of souvenirs and Ettamogah merchandise. You can enjoy wine tasting, visit the Ken Maynard museum, be tempted in the Cop It Sweet lolly shop and wander through the cartoon inspired gardens, complete with tree jails, upended planes and other zany Ettamogah scenes.
