This sculpture is stainless steel and bronze set in a stone base. It commemorates the signing of the United States Constitution. The cube has inscribed portions of the Constitution etched into a stainless steel surface. The quill is bronze. The base is sandstone. Arranged around are sandstone rocks and it is landscaped with a variety of plantings. It is elevated about 3 feet and filled with soil. The wall is capped with marble blocks for each of the original 13 states and the date of ratification carved in the block of each state's block. On a nearby wall is a plaque with the other states' names and dates of entry into the Union along with the signatories of the Constitution. The surface of the walking area is paving brick. As one enters the park, one sees a plaque with the title of the piece.
