Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway is a preserved steam railway in the Lake District. The main depot is at Haverthwaite. This old fire engine can be found by the engine shed.

This 3.5 mile section of line follows the river from Haverthwaite to the quay at Lakeside on the bottom of lake Windermere. As well as running steam trains and keeping the heritage alive, they also have other old vehicles. One of them is this old Bedford fire engine.
