MEC is Canada's leading supplier of quality outdoor gear and clothing. They are an environmentally friendly member owned co-operative. At this location, three vacant buildings were converted into MEC's most environmentally and socially responsibly store - including extensive use of recycled building materials, composting toilets and green roofs.
