The Wild Thing coaster is one of 2 steel coasters at the Wild Waves/Enchanted Village Theme Park. It has one loop and a double corkscrew. The ride has been at the park since June 1997. Previous to that it was located at the Rocky Point Park in Rhode Island.

The park is a combination water slide park and Northwest themed amusement park that is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. It is also open the month of October for the Haunted Village event and through December for the Enchanted Lights event.

Other rollercoasters at the park are the Timberhawk - a 2,600 foot long, 75' high wooden coaster, a steel kiddie coaster, and the Klondike Goldrusher (a "wild mouse" style steel coaster).
