Surf-Forecast.com:
Hanna Park/Mayport Poles in North Florida is an exposed beach/Pier break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. The best wind direction is from the west. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the optimum swell angle is from the north northeast. Waves at the beach tend to peel to the left. Best around low tide. When the surf is up, crowds are likely. Beware of sharks, jellyfish and pollution."
