The Pacific Harbors Council serves boy scouts of the Grays Harbor, Pacific, Lewis, Thurston, Mason, Pierce, and South King Counties and had a membership of 17,406 scouts in 2007. The council is broken into 4 districts: Sasquatch, Thunderbird, Sleeping Giant, and Learning for Life (council wide district specializing in outdoor education and career exploration.) The council, its camps and districts are led by 20 BSA employees and numerous volunteers.
