Arriving at the small village of Clifton on the A6 from the south, this black barn stands out. Being open on one side also allows you to see what's in it, and the wooden framework that holds it up.

At the north end of the village is a quite different stone barn. The two ends of the village make an interesting contrast.

Easily viewed from the road by the Clifton sign.
