Between the two 88 story twin towers of the Petronas Twin Towers is a skybridge that connects the 41 and 42 floors of each tower. Visitors can get free tickets to the skybridge on the 41st floor. You can get tickets the day that you wish to visit starting at 8:30 on days that the bridge is open.
Arrive a bit early to look at the Petronas Towers information center. At the start of the tour, you will be ushered to a small theatre to see a short film on the design and building of towers. After that, you go through a security check and then into the elevator to the 41st floor. A short wait until the previous tour leaves the skybridge and it is all yours. The small tour groups mean you do not have to deal with crowds, but you are only limited to about 15-20 minutes and then you are ushered out so the next tour can enter.
At the end of the tour, there is a gift shop you can visit. Even if you are not able to get tickets to go up to the skybridge, you can still go to the skybridge and pick up your Petronas Towers goodies.
