This monument sits off by itself on the camp side of the famous Bridge On the River Kwai. There's a small temple across from it where incense and offerings can be found at any time. Have searched the internet for info to no avail. Couldn't find anyone in the town while I was there who could tell me about it. But it is lovely in its simplicity and the nearby temple shows signs that it is often used.
Address: On the banks of the Kwai River just below that famous bridge.
