Hamilton High-Main St. Bridge - Hamilton, Ohio - Arch Bridges on Waymarking.com

The bridge is located in the heart of the
city’s historic district and carries the city’s
main thoroughfare across the Great Miami River. This bridge was completed in 2007. It replaces a concrete
arch bridge built in 1915 -which was a replacement bridge for an earlier structure.
I teach nearby at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts. The students and I have watched the progress of building and replacing the existing bridge for the past 4 years from the computer lab windows on the second floor of the Fitton Center.
