The Cerrillos petting zoo is an annex of the Casa Grande Trading Post, Petting Zoo, and Mining Museum. It includes a rather versatile Llama who, according to the website, will act as your tour guide through your zoo experience. Brownie the goat is a friendly and outgoing chap who, if you get too close, will try to chomp on your coat. Completing the experience are an assortment of birds, including Crested Polish Chickens. For $2.00, the trading post will supply food that you can use to feed the animals.
