This middle school is located at 1100 N 19th Street in Palatka, Florida. It is named after PFC Robert W. Jenkins Jr who served in the USMC. There is a plaque that reads "Who made the supreme sacrifice in Viet Nam and whose bravery and gallantry earned him The Congressional Medal of Honor. Putnam County School 1970." He was in the class of 1967. This use to be Palatka Central High School and became Jenkins Middle School in 1977. www.putnamschools.org
