A tall cross in an enclosed corner at the turning into the village of Beetham, south of Milnthorpe. The main memorial is to the Great War, with an additional plaque to the five men killed in WW2.

At the junction with the busy A6 and the village road stands this impressive memorial. The cross has some fine carving on and the area is enclosed with a small wall. The plaques are at the rear attached to a higher wall with carved dates.
