Four exhibits throughout the Museum preserve the history of Fairbanks from its "accidental" founding to the flood that led to the Federal Flood Control Act of 1968 to the sports that flourish in the Alaskan Interior and on. There is also a Map Room and some of the most interesting exhibits you'll get to see and touch. Definitely worth a stop!
