In historic downtown Hot Springs, take Central Ave, driving past the bath houses and take a left on Whittington. Take the immediate first right which is Cedar St and go about 1 mile and take a right onto Cedar Glade. Go about 2 miles and turn right into the Cedar Glade parking area and trail head is there. Directions listed on the webpage are not exactly accurate as the above. Webpage does have info on other trails in the area.
Trail is very well maintained, very fast with few objects to cause problems. Not much signage but it is a loop with a few cut thrus so it is pretty hard to get very lost.
Visit the hot springs after your ride for real relaxation.
