Well this one is on a pole and has been for as long as I have been here.
I bet it has been around longer than Elmo...the tickle me one.
Maybe that is how he got his start someone drove by and got tickled by Elmo's boat and said hey that's a great name Tickle me Elmo.
I tried so hard to get the first one in here but I hid the pole in the shots I took,It is there though.
Well this one and the next one will make up for it.
Had a great day out in the Ozarks today.
