Black Hall Yard is a collection of small speciality shops leading through to a side entrance to the main shopping centre on the high street of Kendal.
Opposite is the library and the area is mostly limited to pedestrians. The clock appears to be accurate and was purpose built for Black Hall Yard - it carries their logo.
