The Noodle Box started in 2001 when Jodi Mann and Nick Crooks opened a food cart in Chinatown. By 2002, the customers had grown to a point of outstripping the ability for them to supply the demands. In 2003, they opened their first bar at this location on Fisgard St. Again, the customer base grew to a point that made it necessary to open a second location on Douglas St.

This location, 626 Fisgard Street, is closed as a Noodlebox location. I am leaving the waypoint up as it is the starting point of the Noodlebox franchise now with locations throughout BC and now into AB.
