I just happened to notice this sign while walking back from the Corps of Discovery landmark at the U.S. Mint. The City and County building houses Court Rooms and administration of the Courts. This door is used for smokers since the building is non-smoking. Several smokers were quick to turn away while I was taking these pictures. I do not know if there is radiation monitoring equipment inside.
