White Combe stands at 1361 feet ,and is often used as a stepping stone to it's bigger neighbour Black Combe.

White Combe is separated from Black Combe by the Whicham Valley.
The walk from the summit of White to Black Combe is a wonderful high level ridge walk of about a mile.
White Combe is often and best climbed from the large layby by Beckside Farm,on the Broughton to Millom road,a great day out can be had by visiting the 2 fells.
