Fish and Chips is one of Britain's favourite traditional foods. It is almost as traditional as Roast Beef and Yorkshire Puddings to many. There are almost 8500 fish and chip shops in Great britain, mostly selling Cod or Haddock. Other varieties of fish sold are Coley, Pollock, Rock, Skate, Hake and even Hoki from New Zealand.
